Your  membership is based on a 12-month agreement and is automatically billed month to month.  There is a one-time $150 membership enrollment fee.  Standard annual labs are included in your membership and additional labs are offered at a discounted rate.  Membership is $89.99 per month for the 1st person, then an additional 10% off each additional 17 and older same household family member.
